By signing up for a user account with the All.America app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions. The material provided through the app on the All.America website is protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States copyright law and international treaties.
Purpose
The purpose of the All.America app is to enable users to track their prayers for other individuals they are associated with, and to be encouraged in simple steps to care for those around them. Users may enter notes for people they connect with which are private to them—unless they expressly opt to share such notes with other users. Those who utilize the app may also join groups with other app users which will enable them to share these notes with each other on a consensual basis. Users are solely responsible for all their information entered or shared through the app.
User Account
In order to utilize the All.America app, a user must sign-up for an account by entering basic information about themselves as requested.
Delete the Account and All Data
In order to delete your account with all your data from All.America app you have to send an email to appfeedback@allamerica.org.
Privacy Policy
Use of the All.America app, Site and service also falls under the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Community Guidelines
The All.America app and service can be used individually or with others in the context of an online community. We take this community very seriously, and reserve the right to protect legitimate users from illegitimate users or purposes contrary to the intentions of the app. As an example, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to block users or cancel their accounts if they post spam or abuse other users. The All.America app and service are intended to be used only for the purposes of helping individuals and groups pray and connect with acquaintances of their choosing. Utilizing the app for any other purpose may result in the discontinuation of an All.America app account, with or without notice.
Revisions to This Agreement
We may revise this agreement at any time without notice by updating this posting. By utilizing the All.America app, you hereby agree to any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this webpage to determine the current terms and conditions of use.
Your Acceptance of These Terms
By using the All.America app, you signify your acceptance of these terms of service as well as the privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not sign up for a user account. Your continued use of the app following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
